Some orders will contain products that may be sent from a number of different locations, so we cannot guarantee which delivery service will be used to ship your order; however, most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. In stock items will usually ship in 2 to 3 days. Depending on the manufacturer, some items may take 1 to 2 weeks. Shipping rates apply to the 48 contiguous United States. Please contact us by e-mail for all other shipping rates.
Please contact us within one week of receipt of merchandise for instructions as to how to proceed with returns.
We accept return of flags for exchange, but not for refunds. There is a six month manufacturer's guarantee on flags for normal wear and tear issues, and for conditions inconsistent with the manufacturer's quality standards.
Most of our other products are custom made and cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
